*I had an incredible day at Flaghouse HQ, yesterday, photographing equipment and tools designed for children and adults with physical challenges. Adaptive reuse goes hand-in-hand with utopian thinking, and I have always gravitated toward surgical supply stores and rehabilitation catalogs. I'll be writing about my attraction to rehabilitation supplies and strategies, here, as part of a New Media Reporting Commision.

*I am just starting to unpack my boxes from Yaddo. I made great headway but that progress came to a screeching halt upon my arrival home, mostly due to a backlog of work and health stuff. I sat on the 10th floor of the NYU library on Tuesday and read over most of what I wrote. Overgrown, as usual (my new outline is 60 pages), but I like it.
