I presented for the first time at an academic conference, last week, in Denver. My paper: "Black Mayonnaise: Using Oral History in a Public Health Context."
How did it go? I love the title!! Also, how's the diet.....? Finally, I keep thinking of things; LOVE the halloween outfit.......I may share mine.........!
it went very well, i think. i got some very helpful feedback, and i met a lot of interesting oral historians. the diet is very hard if i forget to plan ahead of time, but i've been sticking to it, aside from 6 candy corns. PLEASE share your costume! did you wear it in milwaukee or ny?
