After four weeks of being sick with sinus infections, I'm caving to a three-week diet and acupuncture: no gluten, no dairy, no sugar, no vinegar, no sweet vegetables, no fruit. This is for Anne, too, who is trying to same diet.
Day 1
cod dredged in quinoa flour with collard greens and acorn squash (too sweet for this diet, really)
chicken sausage and more greens
Day 2
haddock with greens and a sauce made from tahini, lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper
I welcome more suggestions.

looks interesting (and delicious!). is it sort of a variation on the paleo diet?
i don't know about the paleo diet. i'm going to look it up. i'm following a candida diet, cleansing the gut and then replenishing with good bacteria/probiotics in week four. the loss of vinegar and caffeine are killing me.
a quick internet search tells me that the candida diet looks interesting indeed. (though i would have a hard time giving up tea + wine!)
you should make a candida-approved version of richard olney's garlic soup! it's one of my favorite recipes of his and it's packed with eggs + garlic so maybe it would fit into your plan?
