looks interesting (and delicious!). is it sort of a variation on the paleo diet?
i don't know about the paleo diet. i'm going to look it up. i'm following a candida diet, cleansing the gut and then replenishing with good bacteria/probiotics in week four. the loss of vinegar and caffeine are killing me.
a quick internet search tells me that the candida diet looks interesting indeed. (though i would have a hard time giving up tea + wine!) you should make a candida-approved version of richard olney's garlic soup! it's one of my favorite recipes of his and it's packed with eggs + garlic so maybe it would fit into your plan?http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/richard-olneys-garlic-soup-recipe.html
