This reminded me of how long it took for me to learn how to spell 'necessity' - I had to write it on the wall above my desk in order to wedge it in my brain!
it was an annual journal put out by the editors--i already miss it. every issue had an anonymous manifesto. i think you used to be able to get it through the poetry space at st mark's, but not sure if it lives anywhere else in the world
